Perfectly placed at the front or back of house the Portion Dispenser controls your portion size, reduces waste and is clean, hygienic and is easy to clean. The Ultimate Portion Dispenser can be fitted to FIFO bottles or onto our 5.5lt Ultimate hanging refillable containers. The Swedish quality stainless steel rack system holds two, three or four portion guns and is designed to hold them securely and conveniently for quick dispensing of your condiments.

Ideal for use in a snack bar, restaurant kitchen, sandwich bar or any other location where snacks, salads and sandwiches are prepared. The FIFO refillable bottle is convenient, portions easily and consistently and can be quickly refilled or changed.
The Ultimate Portion Fifo Dispenser Set for refillable bottles is available for 2, 3 and 4 Fifo bottles and is delivered as a complete set, including the stainless steel base plate / stand, FIFO adapters, FIFO bottles, gun holsters and the Ultimate Portion Dispenser guns. The Fifo bottles have a volume of 710ml. Extra Fifo bottles can also be ordered in sets of 6.

The portion dispenser breaks down into it’s component form and is easy to clean and re-assemble and is dishwasher safe.

The FIFO bottles are available with a volume 710ml and 965ml The portion dose of the Ultimate Portion Gun can be adjusted to 3.75ml, 5ml, 7.5ml, 10ml, 15ml and 25ml doses or 1/8 fl oz, 1/6 fl oz, 1/4 fl oz, 1/3 fl oz, 1/2 fl oz and 6/8 fl oz. All these portion sizes come as standard.
The refillable bottles can be topped up quickly and easily from the top of the bottle and used from the bottom, ensuring that your sauce is always fresh, which is a big advantage of the refillable Fifo bottle.
